How quickly will I see results?

Do I need technical knowledge to use Scoutrr?
Not at all! Scoutrr is designed to be user-friendly for anyone. The interface is simple and intuitive - just describe your business and we handle all the technical AI work behind the scenes.

Pricing & Billing

How much does Scoutrr cost?
We offer two main plans: Starter at $39/month (250 leads) and Pro at $99/month (2,500 leads).
Do credits expire?
No! Your lead credits roll over month to month, so you never lose unused leads. If you don't use all 250 leads on the Starter plan this month, they'll carry over to next month. This ensures you get full value from your subscription.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any differences.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your payment information.
Do you offer refunds?
While we don't offer refunds on completed billing cycles, you can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

For each lead, we provide their username, the platform they posted on, the full context of their problem, a link to the original post, AI-generated lead score with reasoning, and suggested talking points for your outreach.

What platforms do you monitor?
We currently monitor Reddit and Facebook Groups. Both Starter and Pro plans have access to these platforms. We're actively working on adding more platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Discord based on user feedback.
Can I choose which platforms to monitor?
Yes! You can enable or disable Reddit and Facebook Groups from your dashboard. This helps you focus on the platforms where your target customers are most active.
Do you monitor private groups?
We only monitor publicly available conversations and groups. We don't access private groups, DMs, or any content that requires special permissions or violates platform terms of service.
How often do you check for new posts?
For Pro users, we monitor platforms continuously in real-time. Starter users can trigger manual searches. The frequency depends on your plan and platform activity levels.
Can I exclude certain subreddits or groups?
Yes, you can set up filters to exclude specific subreddits, groups, or keywords that might generate irrelevant leads for your business.
Do you plan to add more platforms?

Can I delete my data?

Starter plan users get email support with responses within 24 hours. Pro users get dedicated Slack support for faster response times. We also have comprehensive documentation and video tutorials.
Do you offer API access?
API access is available for Pro and Enterprise users. This allows you to integrate Scoutrr data into your existing tools and workflows. Documentation is available in your dashboard.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently, Scoutrr is a web-based platform optimized for desktop and mobile browsers. We're considering a dedicated mobile app based on user demand.
What browsers do you support?
Scoutrr works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best experience.
Do you have webhook support?

Is there a limit to how many team members can use the account?
Currently, each account is designed for individual use. For teams, we recommend having separate accounts. We're developing team features - contact us if you need multi-user access.

Plans & Upgrades

What's the difference between Starter and Pro plans?
Pro offers 10x more leads (2,500 vs 250), automated monitoring with real-time notifications, webhooks and email notifications for new leads, daily and weekly digest emails, dedicated Slack support, and priority access to new features like phone number enrichments coming soon.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time through your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my leads if I downgrade?
Your existing leads remain accessible even if you downgrade. However, your monthly lead allowance will adjust to your new plan's limits starting from the next billing cycle.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes! We offer custom Enterprise plans for larger organizations with specific needs. Enterprise includes unlimited leads, custom integrations, dedicated support, and more. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Annual billing saves you approximately 15-20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings.
What happens if I exceed my lead limit?
If you approach your lead limit, we'll notify you and suggest upgrading to a higher plan. You won't lose access to existing leads, but new lead generation will pause until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets.

Account Management

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all your leads and data.
Can I pause my subscription temporarily?
While we don't offer pause functionality, you can cancel and reactivate your subscription at any time. Your lead credits will remain when you reactivate, so you won't lose any unused leads.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information anytime through your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and will be used for your next billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll retry several times over a few days and send you email notifications. If payment continues to fail, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved, but your data remains safe.
Can I get a receipt for my subscription?
Yes, you'll receive email receipts for all payments. You can also download invoices from your billing settings at any time for accounting purposes.
